The Account Manager is an enthusiastic problem solver and thrives on being engaged at all levels of the project. The primary role of the Account Manager will be to develop new business within an assigned region.
Due to your corporate entrepreneur mindset, you will identify new market opportunities and generate qualified sales opportunities. Holding a DNA of a high skilled and successful sales person, you will be an actor for Octoplus Group’s Business, playing a key role in our growth.


  • Discovering prospective clients.
  • Manage, develop and drive client relationships from the opportunity lead phase to the contract phase.
  • Structure and negotiate pricing and close new business based on agreed upon targets and quotas.
  • Understanding & providing insightful business solutions to our clients problems that will see them meet their business goals.
  • Liaising with any number of partners to understand business problems, present real-world applications and establish successful relationships.


  • 6+ years as an account/program/project manager/business development or related role in a client services organization.
  • Proven track record of growing new business.
  • BA required, MBA is an asset.
  • German mother tongue or fluent, English and Italian strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • French is a big plus.
  • Able to initiate opportunities from scratch with a proven sales methodology.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Empathetic and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and versatility to approach a variety of different business scenarios.
  • Digital background.
  • Willing to travel.
